  • Notebook LM: Notebook LM (Language Model) is an AI-powered note-taking assistant developed by Google. It helps users organize, summarize, and interact with large volumes of information. We plan to use Notebook LM to help users reflect on their therapy notes, self-assessments, and personal growth by generating insights and summaries tailored to their mental health journeys.

  • JotPsych: JotPsych is a platform that helps therapists and users create mental health screenings, organize notes, and streamline documentation — we plan to use JotPsych to support the therapists who work with our users, making it easier to document sessions securely and track client progress over time. By integrating JotPsych, we can ensure that any therapy provided through Groove AI is recorded professionally, with privacy and accuracy as top priorities.

  • MyFitnessPal: MyFitnessPal is a popular app that tracks nutrition, exercise, and overall wellness habits. We want to use MyFitnessPal alongside Groove AI to encourage a holistic approach to mental health, helping users connect physical wellness habits with mental wellness goals.

  • Headspace: Headspace is a leading mindfulness and meditation app, offering guided meditations, breathing exercises, and mental wellness content. We aim to integrate Headspace into Groove AI to provide users with easy access to mindfulness exercises that support daily emotional resilience and stress management.
