1. Online and In-Person Therapy Sessions

Cancellations: If you need to cancel a scheduled session, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

Refunds for Cancellations:

Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled one time at our discretion.

No-Shows: Missed sessions without prior notice are non-refundable.
2. AI Therapy Services and Digital Products

Non-Refundable: Due to the nature of AI-assisted services and immediate delivery of digital content, all purchases related to AI therapy tools, assessments, or digital programs are final and non-refundable once accessed or delivered.
